Courier service
An applicant can get back their passport by using the courier
service provided from Chung Hwa Post Co (maximum 4 passports in
a packet). The door- to-door courier fee is NTD 250..
Photocopying and online visa application form
printing services
A photocopying and online visa application form printing service
is available for NTD 2 for each page (A4 size).
Photo booth
Applicants can have their passport photograph taken according
to the UK Border Agency photograph specifications for NTD 200
for 8 photos.
Translation service
You can have your documents translated into English.
- Translation each page: NTD 420 (for example household registration
transcript, bank statement, ID card),
- Complex translations each page: NTD 840 (for example legal
documents, legal contracts)
Notes:
Please submit the documents to be translated to the visa application
centre through email or in person at least 2 working days prior
to submitting your visa application. You can find the visa application
centre contact details on the 'Contact
Us' page of this website. Please ensure that you collect your
receipt upon payment.
After we receive the documents to be translated, we will send
you a Translation
Service Request Form with quotation and payment details. You
will need to complete this form and pay the fees as instructed.
You should then email the completed form back to the UK visa application
centre. We will start preparing your translation documents once
your payment is received.
After the translation is completed, your original and the translation
documents will be attached with your application and other supporting
documents when you submit your application.
