Required Documentation

The following documentation is mandatory:

• Valid passport and previous passport or entry and exit record from the National Immigration Agency
• Completed and signed e-application form
• A clear, passport sized (45mm x 35mm), colour photograph - please click here for exact details
• Documentation as per the category with copy of each original document. (Checklists)
• Applicants are required to provide bank statement issued within one month. If you are a first time traveller, we recommend you to prepare your bank history for the last 6 months. We also accept sponsor letter from parents or legal guardians.

• Additional forms or questionnaire (where required)
• Entry & exit record if previous passport lost and applicant has no previous travel history on current passport.

TOURIST VISA - Mandatory documents plus:

• Applicants are required to provide bank statement issued within one month. If you are a first time traveller, we recommend you to prepare your bank history for the last 6 months. We also accept sponsor letter from parents or legal guardians.
• Invitation letter + friend or relative's passport + valid UK visa (if visit friend or relative in UK )
• Leave letter from employer (on company headed notepaper with company stamp + business license number)
• Applicants company name card.
• Future plan (if unemployed)
• Student ID card (if applicable)
• Flight booking record
• Copy of I.D. card
• Please note the name, passport number & relationship of applicant if travelling together with other people.
• If you are under 18 and you wish to take short term language courses in the UK , please choose “Visit- under 6 months” when you fill in your online application form. Also please check details on the minor visitor checklist before you submit your application.

BUSINESS VISIT VISA - Mandatory documents plus:

• Company guarantee letter ( download template)
• Invitation letter from UK company or exhibition organisers stating length + purpose of visit on headed notepaper, with contact details, plus one photocopy.
• Flight booking record.
• Your company name card
• Applicants are required to provide bank statement issued within one month.
• Copy of I.D Card.

STUDENT VISA- Mandatory documents plus:

• Original acceptance letter from the school plus one photocopy (faxed original accepted).
• The acceptance letter should provide the following information: name of course, course dates, conditional or unconditional, if conditional, conditions of offer
• Evidence of academic qualification plus one photocopy.
• Evidence of paid tuition (if applicable)
• Financial evidence to cover costs of tuition and living expenses. Applicants are required to provide bank statement issued within one month. If you are a first time traveller, we recommend you to prepare your bank history for the last 6 months. We also accept sponsor letter from parents or legal guardians.
• Letter of acceptance for pre-sessional course if holds conditional offer for degree course.
• IELTS or TOEFL certificate. (if applicable)
• Evidence of completed previous study in UK (if applicable)
• Copy of I.D Card.

Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS)

From 1 November students applying for a visa to do postgraduate study in the UK in a number of scientific and technical subjects will need to apply for an ATAS certificate as part of the visa application process. This is an extra security precaution in line with similar measures already introduced by other countries and it will apply to international students from all over the world, except EEA and Swiss nationals. It costs nothing and it's easy to do. You submit a form by email and you normally get your ATAS certificate within 3 weeks, after which you proceed with your visa application as normal. STUDENT DEPENDANT VISA- Mandatory documents plus:

• Evidence of relationship with the main applicant, e.g. ID card, household registration book or marriage certificate
• Financial evidence to cover living expenses in UK . Applicants are required to provide bank statement issued within one month. If you are a first time traveller, we recommend you to prepare your bank history for the last 6 months. We also accept sponsor letter from parents or legal guardians.
• Evidence of accommodation in the UK .
• Copies of passport + UK visa of the main applicant. (if not applying together)
• Copy of I.D Card.

WORK PERMIT VISA- Mandatory documents plus:

The above basic documents, plus original work permit from Work Permits UK plus one photocopy.

WORK PERMIT DEPENDANT VISA- Mandatory documents plus:

• Evidence of relationship with the main applicant, e.g. ID card, household registration book or marriage certificate
• Copies of passport + UK visa of the main applicant. (if not applying together)
• Applicants are required to provide bank statement issued within one month. If you are a first time traveller, we recommend you to prepare your bank history for the last 6 months. We also accept sponsor letter from parents or legal guardians.
• Evidence of accommodation in the UK .
