Online Application Module

Thank you for choosing to submit your application online. We would like to assure you that your data is transmitted in a safe and secure environment. This site is protected by VeriSign, an industry leader in information encryption.

Please Note: When you fill up your online visa application form DO NOT put a Hyphen or dash between your Name, even if it is there on your Passport

You can only submit your application online (known as an e-application) by logging on to the www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk website and following the instructions for applying. Applicants who do not have access to the internet should apply through any authorised travel or visa agent who can handle their application on their behalf. The Taipei Visa Application Centre has one computer with printer (free of charge) which applicants can use to submit their applications. This is on a first come, first served basis and applicants may have a long wait until the computer becomes available, particularly during the peak summer season (June-July). Applicants can also get their Applications filled up by one of our staff for a nominal charge at both our Application Centres.

Unfortunately, individuals applying for visas to enter a United Kingdom Overseas Territory or Commonwealth Country cannot take advantage of e-applications and must still apply in person.

The form is stored in the Adobe Portable Document format (PDF). To read it on screen and print it out you need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader programme installed on your computer. You can download it free of charge from the: Adobe website

Visa application forms are free of charge. If you have any problems downloading a form, please contact us.

Please check first that we can deal with your application. If we cannot, we will tell you where to apply.
