- Disabled access
Access to the visa application centre is at the back of the building.
If you are driving, take the parking entrance at the left hand
side of the building. The parking fee is TWD 30 per hour. You
may use the elevator in the basement and go straight to the 7th
floor. The elevator has been adapted for disabled users. The biometric
booths allow for disabled access.
If you are not driving, take the disabled access from the back
of the building then take the elevator from the ground floor to
the 7th floor. The directions to the disabled entrances are marked
in the map below.
Disabled washrooms are available on floors of the B1, B2, 3rd,
4th 6th, 8th, 9th, 11th, and 12th.
Guide dogs are also permitted. You may also contact VFS by telephone
or email (see the 'Contact Us' page
on this website) and advise VFS of the time of your appointment
and approximate arrival time. VFS staff will be able to assist
you.
