Enquiries – VFS Helpline
VFS operates a call centre to answer your questions about the visa application process.

The helpline cannot provide immigration advice, and cannot give you any information about the progress of your application after it has been sent to the UK Border Agency. To find out how your application is progressing, see the Track your application page.

Visa enquiries:

If you are applying under Tier 5 (Youth mobility scheme) of the points-based system, you must contact the visa application centre by email or phone (020 458 989), to request an appointment.
