The services mentioned here are optional. To use them, you will need to pay an
extra fee in addition to the visa application fee. You must pay this extra fee
when you attend the visa application centre only.
Courier service
An applicant could have their documents returned by using the courier service
provided from Chung Hwa Post Co. The door- to-door courier fee is NTD 250 for
each packet.
Photocopying and online visa application form

Photocopying service is available for NTD 2 for each page (A4 size). Online
visa application printing service is available for NTD 6 for each page (A4).
Photo booth
Applicants can have their passport photograph taken according to the
specifications laid down by the UK Border Agency. The cost is NTD 200 for 4
photos.
Translation service

Note:
Please submit the documents to be translated to the visa application centre
through email or in person at least 2 working days prior to submitting your

of this website. Please ensure that you collect your receipt upon payment.
After we receive the documents to be translated, we will send you a
Translation Service Request Form with quotation and payment details.
You will need to complete this form and pay the fees as instructed. You should
then email the completed form back to the UK visa application centre. We will
start preparing to translate your documents once your payment is received.
After the translation is completed, your original and the translated documents
will be attached with your application and other supporting documents when you
submit your application.
